INFO: Basic ticketing site. Users enter in information and submit into a database. Users can also upload files to attach with their ticket. Admin side of the site has 3 categories: Open Tickets, Pending Tickets and Closed Tickets. Admin can select a ticket from the list and edit data or change data. Admin can also view uploaded file. Entry form has user validations on all required fields
